Sampling
Since Byco has a long-standing relationship with the most prominent fabric and accessories mills, we are able to provide our customers with the most up-to-date samples at short notice. Once we receive our customer’s specific request, we start searching our database for a partner facility that can best meet their needs, both in terms of quality and output. To ensure that your highest expectations are met, we utilize our in-house pre-assessment group to compare and evaluate the workmanship of your order sample. We have over 30 years of manufacturing experience and are committed to offering the best prices for our customers without compromising on quality.
Sample Preparation
Our team is committed to providing proto samples immediately after receiving the technical details of each style. Each mold is prepared by our partner factories. We ensure that you receive timely updates on fabric, fit and technical developments while the proto-samples are in progress. Immediately after our customers approve the first proto samples, we start the preparation of vendor samples with real fabrics and colors. We pride ourselves not only on our technical expertise but also on our fast turnaround times.,
Quality, & Testing
We know the importance of quality in a globalized and competitive market. Therefore, our experienced quality control staff inspect and test each product at every stage of production. For mass-produced fabrics and trimmings, we conduct in-house wash tests before production cutting to ensure that no unnecessary expenses are incurred during the production process. Inspections are carried out by our experienced quality control staff and conformity tests are performed at various production stages to ensure quality. Shipment confirmation samples are sent out immediately after final inspections are completed.
Production & Delivery Status Tracking
To ensure your order is produced and delivered on time, we develop a timeline based on unique tasks for each product under development. We work relentlessly to avoid delays in shipment delivery and strive for your convenience. As we say we know what you need.
Shipment Tracking and Documentation
